Do you have a lovely piece of antique furniture in the attic or garage in need of a little tender loving care - a restoration project that you have promised yourself you will do one day? Then maybe we can help you to restore that piece to its Former Glory!

We offer a full "seat bottoming" service along with a range of DIY antique restoration materials such as pearl glue and shellac, salvaged antique carcass wood, veneer and fittings in small or large quantities. Seat Weaving Supplies, the specialist website offers a selection of the finest cane, rush, seagrass, Danish cord and pre-woven panel cane currently available for the re-seating of chairs - it even offers complete DIY kits and tuition DVDs! Within this site you will find brief descriptions of cane and rush seating methods alongside a potted history of each craft. Hopefully with our help your project will be completed.

Also available is a selection of top quality sympathetically restored antiques at realistic prices should you prefer to let someone else do the work, as well as items awaiting restoration. Our workshop is family run and based near Ferndown on the borders of Hampshire and Dorset, England.
