Mobile Workshops.

Workshops can be adapted to suit any event, we can demonstrate and/or talk about anything from simple antique restoration methods to seat weaving techniques. Or for audience participation we can offer "have a go" rush seating or plaiting, basket weaving, American curlicue centre cane work and especially for the children, "make and take" rush creatures, people or any other creation that takes their fancy - how about a rush headband! Bernard the Bedford TK horsebox is our travelling home and is always a popular attraction for all age groups, our workshops are held in a heavy duty commercial pavilion measuring 3 x 5 metres which stands alongside the horsebox. Overall the display measures 25 feet wide by 25 feet deep. We hold a full insurance certificate covering all third party eventualities. If you would like us to participate in your special event, please e-mail sales@formerglory.co.uk for availability and further details. In most instances, (depending upon distance travelled) we make no charge for our attendance.
